We are seeking to grow the team with brilliant and diverse individuals. Our team is composed of people from various backgrounds, with diversified skill sets including senior international experiences. We would like to hire an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing individual to lead and support our expansion, structure and manage our global team.


Sales & Marketing

  • Approach and successfully sign new clients, in particular: trading companies (trading desks, risk management, research), hedge funds, food manufacturing companies, governments and public institutions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Development and the CTO to continuously improve products and services and better address prospects needs
  • Hire and manage an efficient sales team with global coverage (Asia, Europe, North America, South America)
  • Define and manage the marketing policy of the company
  • Put in place the structure and process of the function

Key Account Management

  • Manage existing accounts
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Hire and manage an efficient key account management team with global coverage (Asia, Europe, North America, South America)
  • Put in place the structure and process of the function

Management Role

  • Member of the executive committee (5 people in total), reporting to the CEO
  • Responsible for hiring, structuring and managing a team globally
  • Represents AgFlow during sales events (e.g. Global Grain Geneva, Global Grain Dubai, European Commodity Exchange) and at clients meetings – travel required


  • Mandatory: previous successful experience in senior key account and / or sales role in B2B context, including interactions with senior decision makers (C level)
  • Mandatory: previous successful experience in the hiring, structuring and management of a global team covering key account management and sales functions
  • Desirable: experience selling SaaS products
  • Desirable: experience in the financial / commodity industry
